Both apply similar buffs to </del>the <del style="font-weight: bold; text-decoration: none;">party and Baizhi is </del>a <del style="font-weight: bold; text-decoration: none;">free character that everyone will receive from playing </del>the <del style="font-weight: bold; text-decoration: none;">game</del>. The <del style="font-weight: bold; text-decoration: none;">only downside with Baizhi is that her buffs will only apply </del>to the <del style="font-weight: bold; text-decoration: none;">next character you swap her in for</del>, <del style="font-weight: bold; text-decoration: none;">while Verina will buff everyone </del>on the <del style="font-weight: bold; text-decoration: none;">team. Moreover</ins>, <ins style="font-weight: bold; text-decoration: none;">these enemies don't reset </ins>with <ins style="font-weight: bold; text-decoration: none;">server time, but they do come back after a few d

Some of </ins>the <ins style="font-weight: bold; text-decoration: none;">next few Windchimers are located in </ins>a <ins style="font-weight: bold; text-decoration: none;">cave system first encountered during </ins>the <ins style="font-weight: bold; text-decoration: none;">main questline, Chapter 1 Act 7: Thaw of Eons</ins>. The <ins style="font-weight: bold; text-decoration: none;">questline also eventually gives players access </ins>to the <ins style="font-weight: bold; text-decoration: none;">weekly boss, Jué . Players who didn't pick up the Windchimers during the quest can teleport back using the Resonance Beacon called Truthseeker's P

However</ins>, <ins style="font-weight: bold; text-decoration: none;">the outshining part about his kit that saves him a high spot </ins>on <ins style="font-weight: bold; text-decoration: none;">this list is his crowd control with </ins>the <ins style="font-weight: bold; text-decoration: none;">attacks during the Liberation</ins>. <ins style="font-weight: bold; text-decoration: none;">These attacks can essentially render smaller enemies completely useless as he consistently bounces them around, preventing a ton of dam</ins>
